  2. The E-Invoice System, which Chunghwa Telecom offer, is based on “Directions for the Operation of Electronic Invoices” amended by the ruling of Ref. Tai-Tsai-Tzu-1020002795, Ministry of Finance(MOF), Aug 22, 2013.。
  3. When you pay off invoices, we will e-mail electronic invoices to your registered e-mail accounts. In addition, within 24 hours the electronic invoices will be also uploaded to MOF’s E-Invoice Platform.
  4. If you would like to inquire the information of the electronic invoices, ask for physical copy, or sorted to common carrier ( such as Cellphone Barcode or Citizen Digital Certificate ), please visit the website of the Chunghwa Telecom E-Invoice System.
  5. Notification of Winners
    (1)One who has sorted to common carrier will be notified by MOF’s E-invoice Platform.
    (2)One who has not sorted to common carrier will be notified by Chunghwa Telecom via e-mail within two days after MOF announces the winning numbers. It will be necessary for you to verify or correct your registered address for the winning invoices on the website of the Chunghwa Telecom E-Invoice System within two days after. The physical copy of the winning invoices will be delivered to you by registered mail. For further relevant information, please visit our website of the Chunghwa Telecom E-Invoice System.
  6. In order to comply with the Provisions of National Tax Administration and meet the requirements for issuing the electronic invoice, please fill out the complete and accurate customer information; If you need the original invoice, please enter 【The CHT Electronic Invoice】 webpage to apply.
  7. This service has implemented proper safeguard measures in order to secure the privacy, integrity and source identifiability of data transmission. Customers' personal information is protected according to the relevant laws and regulations of the government.
  8. This card is virtual. Please maintain the ID and password carefully to prevent from unauthorized use. In case it is lost, stolen or partially used, you can’t claim for refund or re-issue.
  9. This card is for CHT Wi-Fi service only. The time starts from the first log-in.
  10. This card can be used directly without activation(Instructions). Please open the web browser, CHT Wi-Fi identification page will automatically show up.
